URBTIX handles many programmes, while other concerts use different appointed sellers. Start with the artist, organiser or venue announcement for your event. A QR image or receipt alone cannot establish that a ticket remains valid or that the person offering it can transfer it.

Reach the seller through the event announcement
Write down the event name, performance date and venue, then open the ticket link from the official announcement. Avoid relying only on a search advertisement or a stranger's social-media link. URBTIX lists web, app, telephone, counter and kiosk channels, with event-specific restrictions possible. Before the sale, check your account and accepted payment methods. Verify the domain again at checkout, and keep account passwords and one-time codes private even when someone claims to be helping secure a ticket.
Check the seat and complete price
Check standing versus seated admission, level, restricted views, age limits and whether seats are adjacent. Two tickets need not be together, and a temporary basket hold is distinct from a completed payment. For example, two friends wanting seated tickets should confirm both seat numbers and the performance before reviewing the combined ticket, handling and delivery or collection charges. If payment times out, check the order history before trying again so you do not inadvertently buy twice.
For a named-ticket event, enter the required document name and details exactly as instructed. Name changes and transfers depend on the specific rules. Collection may use an e-ticket, counter or designated machine; prepare the payment card, reference and identity evidence required for that order. An unpaid checkout screenshot is not a ticket. Retrieve admission through the prescribed channel, keep the full barcode off public posts, and avoid giving private resellers control of your account or personal registration.
Handle changes or a suspicious offer
Police warn about fake and invalid concert tickets. A private seller's order image does not establish transfer rights; stop and verify demands for urgent transfers, verification codes or extra unlocking fees. For postponement or cancellation, follow the organiser and seller's announcement for that event, retaining the original ticket, order and payment record. Before attending, check gate, door time, prohibited items and departure transport. Another performance at the same venue may have different admission and refund arrangements.
Confirm the appointed seller, seat, full price and collection method, then protect the order and barcode.
